About the practice

A small practice, deliberately so.

Two experienced principals, acting personally on every matter, across the full range of Australian migration work.

CC Advisors represents employers across Australia and visa applicants from across the globe — skilled professionals, families and partners — in skilled, family, partner, employer-sponsored, innovation and citizenship matters. The practice is led personally by its two experienced principals.

Why we built it this way

Australian migration law changes frequently, and shortcuts are typically false economy. Clients we met along the way had been let down by generic advice — applications lodged under unsuitable subclasses, partner cases refused for thin evidence, sponsorship matters handled as administration rather than strategy.

The practice is structured so that every matter is read, scoped and represented by a principal advisor. Each engagement is agreed in writing at the outset; no work commences without scope and fees confirmed.

What we hold to

  • Listen first. Your objectives — and those of your family — inform every recommendation we make.
  • Provide a candid assessment. Where a case requires strengthening, we identify the gaps and the steps required to address them.
  • Maintain current knowledge. We monitor legislative and policy developments and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Remain accountable. Every recommendation is one we can substantiate in writing under the applicable Code of Conduct.
The principals

Two experienced professionals on every case.

Both principals are registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), ensuring each matter is conducted within its standards.
